Seared diver scallops and butternut squash ravioli with a chardonnay truffle butter sauce. Garnished with red radish sprouts.

toasted pecans and Roquefort cheese with a cider vinegar
Second Course
Lobster bisque with crème fraiche, Calvados and Pelee Island caviar

Mild curried roasted Cinderella squash and agave nectar soup.

Smoked sea salt and maple cured duck leg confit, cipolini onions and
speck bacon served with roasted sweet potato mash

Parmesan and rosemary crusted Australian lamb chops stuffed with dried figs and garlic drizzled with an elderberry wine gastrique served with fingerling potatoes

Grilled Mahi-Mahi with tomatillo salsa and a cilantro coconut
buerre blanc served with scented basmati rice

Porcini mushroom crusted filet of beef with roasted garlic compound butter, red wine reduction served with a blue cheese and rosemary potato galette
Dessert Course
Flourless chocolate cake with champagne parfait and almond biscotti

Lemon cream tartlet caramelized sabayon and brandy snaps

Music with dancing in the Bistro throughout the evening.
