Enjoy a country drive on a Sunday morning and enjoy our famous Sunday Brunch. 

 

Always a fine way to say hello to the day is with one of our famous Champagne Cocktails

 

Your brunch begins with our cold buffet table – a banquet of homemade pates, mousses, terrines,

cold soup, a variety of salads, chilled meats, smoked fish, cheese board and many other selections.

 

 The entrée course is prepared in the kitchen and is served when you are ready. 

The following entrees are available from your server: 

 

Angel hair pasta with baby shrimp, cremini mushrooms and

 sweet peppers simmered in a basil garlic cream sauce

Poached eggs with smoked peamealon French bread with
 Hollandaise sauce with seasonal vegetables

Sautéed beef and mushrooms in

 puff pastry served with seasonal vegetables

Belgian waffle with fresh fruit compote, mascarpone

cream, maple syrup and farmers sausage

Sautéed chicken, broccoli and fresh herb goat cheese rolled

 in a  crepe with roasted sweet pepper and tarragon sauce

Breast of chicken with an orange basil reduction
