Always a fine way to say hello to the day is with one of our famous Champagne Cocktails – traditional, peach, Kir Royal or Framboise $6.75

Your brunch begins with our cold buffet table – a banquet of homemade pates, mousses, terrines, a variety of salads, chilled meats, smoked fish, cheese board and baked goods.

The entrée course is prepared in the kitchen and is served when you are ready.

The following entrees are available from your server:

Poached eggs and peameal bacon on French stick served with Hollandaise and seasonal vegetables

 Grilled vegetables, herbs goat cheese brie and egg tarte baked in a pastry crust with seasonal vegetables

 Breast of chicken stuffed with Portobello mushrooms, bacon and pesto wrapped in phyllo pastry and seasonal vegetables

Cinnamon raisin brioche dipped in egg and baked served with an apple and cherry compote, maple syrup and smoked bacon

Tomato linguini with shrimp, proscuitto, shitake mushrooms and snow peas tossed in a basil and garlic cream

Apple, mushroom and Oka cheese stuffed crepes with a sour cherry coulis and seasonal vegetables
