Your brunch begins with our cold buffet table – a banquet of homemade pates, mousses, terrines, a variety of salads, chilled meats, smoked fish, cheese board and baked goods.

 

The entrée course is prepared in the kitchen and is served when you are ready.

 

The following entrees are available from your server:

 

Poached eggs and peameal bacon on baguette with hollandaise and seasonal vegetables

 Caramelized onion, chevre and smoked salmon quiche with seasonal vegetables

 Hazelnut crusted chicken and dried fruit roulade with Wellesley apple butter glaze and seasonal vegetables

 Whole wheat French toast gateaux with strawberry mascarpone, blueberry maple syrup and smoked bacon

 House made lemon pasta with sautéed shrimp, scallions, cremini mushrooms and

sweet peppers simmered in white wine, garlic and herbs

 Apple, wild mushroom and Oka cheese crepe with sour cherry coulis and seasonal vegetables
